Start off your day with a hearty breakfast casserole that stars everyone's favorite breakfast trio: bacon, eggs, and cheese.


Select ingredients:


  1. In a medium saucepan, prepare the cheese sauce by melting butter, and then add the flour slowly so no lumps occur. Gradually add the half-and-half and cook over low heat until it thickens a bit—about 10 minutes.
  2. Add the salt, pepper, and cheese. Stir until the cheese is fully melted, then remove the cheese sauce from heat.
  3. In a 9x9-inch pan, layer half of the eggs, followed by half of the crumbled bacon, then half of the cheese sauce. Repeat the layers again.
  4. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over the top and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
