Cheesy, savory and delicious, this quick and easy dip recipe is sure to be a big hit with the whole family! Crafted with two types of cheese, bacon, ham, green onions, plus salt and pepper, this Bacon Cheese Dip recipe is packed with flavor. And with less than 10 ingredients, this dish is quick to make and low-cost! Our recipe suggests serving with buttery crackers, but you can also pair with it with our store-made tortilla chips or toasted bread (or maybe all three). The choice is yours!
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, fold together the cream cheese, Velveeta, mayonnaise, bacon, ham, salt, pepper and green onions with a rubber spatula. Spread into a 9x9 inch baking dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the Velveeta is melted and the dip is heated through.
- Serve with Ritz Crackers for dipping. You may also hollow out a loaf of sourdough bread and bake dip inside.
