Does your family love guacamole? What’s not to love, right? Creamy avocado and tangy tomatoes, as well as lime and cilantro for a pop of freshness. It’s a dip made for dunking tortilla chips. But, for a little twist, this recipe for Bacon Guacamole is a slightly smoky version that may become a new family favorite!
- Cook bacon according to package directions. Drain on paper towel and chop into 1/4 inch pieces.
- Mash avocado in medium bowl with a fork until your desired consistency. Stir in bacon, onion, tomato, cilantro, lime juice and salt. Serve immediately.
