Bahamian Crab Salad

Crab Salad best served as a side dish or with crackers.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dice tomato, onion and green pepper.
  2. In a bowl, finely shred crab meat.
  3. Add already diced tomato, onion and green pepper to crab meat.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder and red pepper flakes.
  5. Add mayonnaise and stir.
  6. Squeeze limes into the mix, and stir again.
  7. Refrigerate for 20 minutes and then serve.
