Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine apples, raisins, cinnamon, salt, brown sugar, ¼ cup white sugar, and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Toss until apples are evenly coated.
- Spread puff pastry sheets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread half of the apple mixture down the center of each.
- Fold each side over the apple mixture, moistening the bottom of the top layer to help it stick. Brush the top of each strudel with the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and sprinkle with the last 2 tablespoons sugar.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until pastry is cooked through and tops are golden brown and crispy. Let cool for several minutes before serving or slicing with a serrated knife.
