- In a saucepan, place the pineapple juice, the brown sugar, and the cinnamon. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture becomes slightly syrupy (about 5 to 10 minutes).
- In a large roasting pan, place the ham (cut-side down) and attach pineapple slices to the ham with toothpicks.
- Bake the ham in a 325-degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Spoon the pineapple brown sugar glaze over the ham and then return to the oven to continue baking for a total of 2 ½ hours. Drizzle additional glaze over the ham every 30 minutes or so. Bake until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees Fahrenheit when measured with a meat thermometer.
