Soft and lightly spicy, these yummy-melty-cheesy treats make a great snack. Perfect for after-school.

  1. Roll the crescent dough into a rectangle on a baking sheet and cut 2-inch squares.
  2. Cut the mozzarella cheese into ½-inch cubes that are 1¼-long.
  3. Wrap each piece of mozzarella in one of the dough squares.
  4. Place the bread crumbs in a shallow bowl and place the melted butter in a separate bowl.
  5. Dip each mozzarella bite in the melted butter.
  6. Roll each mozzarella bite in the bread crumbs.
  7. Place all the mozzarella bites on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake in a 375-degree oven for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  9. In a bowl, mix together the ketchup, mayonnaise, garlic powder, parsley salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. This is your dipping sauce (or use your favorite marinara sauce instead).
  10. Serve and enjoy!
