Baked Tilapia

A light, healthy dinner that is gluten-free and great for a meatless dinner!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover a baking sheet in aluminum foil.
  2. Place olive oil in a small bowl. In a separate bowl place the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Dip each tilapia filet in the olive oil and then the Parmesan cheese. Repeat until each filet is covered and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or so, until the tilapia begins to flake.
