Select ingredients:


  1. Chop or break up the vegetables into bite-size pieces and place them on a cookie sheet.
  2. Brush the vegetables with the olive oil using a basting brush.
  3. Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt and pepper over the vegetables and place them in a preheated oven on low broil. Cook for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
