Select ingredients:


  1. Cut the 1 lb sirloin steak into 2 inch cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the balsamic vinaigrette, barbecue sauce and Dijon mustard.
  3. Marinate the steak in marinade.
  4. Thread the beef onto skewers.
  5. Grill skewers over a medium heat.
  6. Cover grill and grill until the beef reaches preferred doneness.
