These delightful muffins are packed with bananas and fall spices. Reminiscent of flavorful chai tea, they might become your new favorite fall treat.


Select ingredients:


  1. In a large bowl, add the eggs, bananas, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger and whisk or mix to combine.
  2. Add the oats and flour and stir with a spatula until the batter just comes together.
  3. Transfer the batter to a greased muffin pan, or mini muffin pan, if you prefer, and bake at 350 degrees for 17-20 minutes (12-14 for mini muffins). When a toothpick inserted into the middle of the muffins comes out clean, remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy immediately or refrigerate.
