Banana Oat Bars

These mildly sweet bars are a healthy and quick breakfast or lunch option.


Select ingredients:


  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Line baking pan with parchment paper. Cut paper slightly larger than pan for easy removal.
  3. In a mixing bowl, use a fork to mash two ripe bananas.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  5. Add honey and sugar, then stir.
  6. Pour in 1½ cups of 100% whole grain oats.
  7. Add ¼ cup of organic dried cranberries.
  8. Add ¼ cup of sliced almonds.
  9. Add ¼ cup of almond milk, then stir.
  10. Pour ingredients into baking pan, bake for 30 minutes.
  11. Once cooled, drizzle with Nutella (optional).
  12. Cut and enjoy.
