Banana Ice Cream

A delicious and healthy treat to help you stay cool this summer!

Directions

  1. Slice the bananas.
  2. Place on a cookie tray and freeze for at least two hours.
  3. Add frozen bananas and milk in a blender. Blend until there is a smooth consistency like soft serve ice cream.
  4. Transfer mixture to a plastic container and freeze until firm, at least two more hours.
  5. Top with your favorite flavorings (optional) and enjoy guilt-free ice cream.
