- Slice the bananas.
- Place on a cookie tray and freeze for at least two hours.
- Add frozen bananas and milk in a blender. Blend until there is a smooth consistency like soft serve ice cream.
- Transfer mixture to a plastic container and freeze until firm, at least two more hours.
