Place all ingredients except whipped cream cheese and bacon into a large bowl. Use a fork to thoroughly mix everything together.
Line a plate with wax paper. Lightly grease your hands with a neutral oil, and scoop the cheese mixture from the bowl. Gently press the ingredients together, forming a ball with your hands.
Gently place the cheese ball onto the wax paper, and push down lightly to secure it to the wax paper.
Use a knife to gently spread the whipped cream cheese over the cheese ball to create a smooth, white surface. Tip : dip your knife in hot water, then smooth over the whipped cream cheese surface to make it smoother.
Press the crumbled bacon onto the cheese ball, forming the shape of baseball laces. This should resemble two lines in the middle of the ball, each slowly separating from each other as they near the bottom of the ball.
