Basil, tomato, mayonnaiseâ what's not to like? This is a delightful and delicious option for your next get-together.

Select ingredients:

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, the Worcestershire sauce, the chopped basil, the pepper, the salt, the Italian seasoning, and the garlic powder. Mix well and shape into 4 patties.
  2. Grill the hamburger patties on a medium-hot grill for approximately 7 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to boil. Remove from the heat and add the sun-dried tomatoes; leave them there for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain the tomatoes and place them in a food processor with the mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  4. Grill the hamburger buns, then add the hamburger patties and a generous helping of the tomato mayo mixture. Add some whole basil leaves along with some mozzarella and red onions if desired.
