- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza crust into a large rectangle. Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the pizza crust. Top with the chicken and cheddar cheese.
- Roll longways into a log. Cut widthwise into 1/2-inch-thick slices and place 1 inch apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake until light golden brown and crisp, about 15 minutes. Top with the parsley and serve warm.
Recipe Tip: Substitute Buffalo sauce for the barbecue sauce for a spicy twist!
