Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF), brushing with barbecue sauce for the last 2 min.
Combine greens, vegetables and cheese in a large bowl.
Add ranch dressing and gently toss.
Divide salad evenly and top with chicken and bacon, if desired.
