This delicious recipe uses Food Lion's Beef Pho Broth and juicy round steak. With lots of fresh veggies and gluten free rice noodles, it's sure to wow your guests!


Select ingredients:


  1. Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Add steak; cook, turning once, 4 minutes. Transfer to cutting board; let rest 5 minutes. Thinly slice against the grain.
  2. Meanwhile, bring large saucepan of water to a boil. Remove from heat; add noodles. Let stand, stirring once to separate noodles, 3 - 4 minutes. Drain; rinse under cold water. Drain well.
  3. In a separate large saucepan, bring broth to a simmer. Add bean sprouts; return to a simmer. Cook until tender, 3 - 4 minutes. Divide noodles, steak, broth mixture, basil, cilantro, mint, chilis (if using), green onions and lime wedges among serving bowls.
