This delicious recipe uses Food Lion's Beef Pho Broth and juicy round steak. With lots of fresh veggies and gluten free rice noodles, it's sure to wow your guests!
- Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Add steak; cook, turning once, 4 minutes. Transfer to cutting board; let rest 5 minutes. Thinly slice against the grain.
- Meanwhile, bring large saucepan of water to a boil. Remove from heat; add noodles. Let stand, stirring once to separate noodles, 3 - 4 minutes. Drain; rinse under cold water. Drain well.
- In a separate large saucepan, bring broth to a simmer. Add bean sprouts; return to a simmer. Cook until tender, 3 - 4 minutes. Divide noodles, steak, broth mixture, basil, cilantro, mint, chilis (if using), green onions and lime wedges among serving bowls.
