Beef Ribs

All you need is an oven and this recipe to create amazing beef ribs for your next summer night party.



  1. Lay rack on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to remove the slightly silver skin on the underside of the ribs, then slice them into individual ribs.
  2. Cover liberally with all spices until evenly coated, place in a ziplock bag and refrigerate for an hour.
  3. Heat the oven to 250-degrees. Line a baking sheet pan with foil and in a second large sheet of foil, place all ribs evenly and wrap into one packet. Make sure ribs are tightly wrapped so the steam cannot escape.
  4. Bake for around 3 hours, and check every hour. Rib meat should be falling off the bone once done. Remove and place on a cutting board to cool moderately.
  5. Once they are cool, douse in your favorite barbecue sauce, chop off the rib meat for sandwiches or serve whole for a plate lunch.
