All you need is an oven and this recipe to create amazing beef ribs for your next summer night party.
Ingredients
Directions
-
Lay rack on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to remove the slightly silver skin on the underside of the ribs, then slice them into individual ribs.
-
Cover liberally with all spices until evenly coated, place in a ziplock bag and refrigerate for an hour.
-
Heat the oven to 250-degrees. Line a baking sheet pan with foil and in a second large sheet of foil, place all ribs evenly and wrap into one packet. Make sure ribs are tightly wrapped so the steam cannot escape.
- Bake for around 3 hours, and check every hour. Rib meat should be falling off the bone once done. Remove and place on a cutting board to cool moderately.
-
Once they are cool, douse in your favorite barbecue sauce, chop off the rib meat for sandwiches or serve whole for a plate lunch.
