A quick and easy appetizer that’s hearty and filling. Your guests will love them, and so will you!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Take a single slice of beef and spread a portion of the spinach dip on it.
  2. Tightly roll each slice of beef into a log, then slice each log into 1-inch pieces. Secure each piece with a toothpick.
  3. Sprinkle each piece with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Serve cold.
