This creamy dish is perfect alone or with rice/noodles. Besides browning the meat you can throw it in the crock pot and forget about it and serve dinner right when you get home!

Brown beef tips in a pan over medium heat until all pink is gone.
- Add all ingredients, except the tomato paste and sour cream, into a crock pot and cook on high for 8 hours.

Turn on low and let cool down, briefly. Add tomato paste and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
- Eat plain or put over top rice or noodles.
