These are the fudgiest, chocolate-iest, want-more-iest, brownies on the planet! This recipe makes enough to serve a bunch a people. (Unless they are chocolate-o-holics.)

  1. Begin by buttering and flouring a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then set aside.
  3. Place the baking chocolate in a small saucepan along with the butter; melt together slowly over medium-low heat, stirring continuously so it won't burn. Remove from the heat and transfer to another mixing bowl.
  4. Add the beer.
  5. Add the sugars, vanilla, and the cream. Combine all ingredients.
  6. Add the eggs.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Add the dry ingredients (flour/cocoa powder mixture) and mix.
  9. If the batter seems too dry, add additional beer or cream until you achieve a thick, creamy batter.
  10. Add the chocolate chips.
  11. Pour into the baking dish and bake in a 350-degree oven for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the brownies comes out clean.
  12. When they'™re done, allow the brownies to cool completely.
  13. To create the frosting, place the butter and cream cheese in a medium bowl and combine them thoroughly. Add the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, salt, beer, and cream, and mix well.
  14. Add extra powdered sugar or cream as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
  15. Frost the brownies and enjoy! Serve with your favorite beverage.
