Beer Cheese Dip

This creamy, mouthwatering dip is perfect for tailgating season. Dip pretzels, chips, crackers or even vegetables in it for a a great touch of flavor.

- In a medium sauce pan over medium heat melt the better. Whisk in the flour. Remove from heat and stir in add milk until it's smooth.
- Stir in the beer, Dijon, cayenne and salt and then place the pan back on over medium heat until it begins to bubble, about 3-4 minutes. Once it starts to bubble, turn heat off and remove pan.
- Add cheese in 1-2 ounces at a time, constantly stirring to help smooth it out. Once all cheese is in the pan, continue to stir until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
- Tip, if cheese doesn't melt that well in the last step, you may return the pan to low heat to help with the melting process.
