Enjoy crispy oven baked fries soaked in your favorite Natty Greene's craft beer and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and garlic salt.
- In a large pan, soak the fries with the bottle of beer. They will soak up most of the beer. Toss to evenly coat the fries.
- Drain the remaining beer. Place the fries on a parchment lined half sheet pan. Drizzle the fries with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt and black pepper. Use your hands or a spatula to toss the fries and coat them evenly.
- Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven. Use a spatula to turn the fries several times throughout the cooking process. Cook until golden brown and crisp, about 50 minutes. Sprinkle with more garlic salt if desired after finished cooking. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
