These pizza are a healthy spin on pizza that are guaranteed to get your kids excited about vegetables. These low carb pizzas are great for after school or a great lunch. You can even get the kids involved in making them.
- Pre-heat oven or toaster oven to 350º.
- Slice off of the ends sides of your pepper and lay flat on a baking sheet
- Layer sauce, shredded cheeses and your choice of toppings. Bake for 9 minutes and then broil the last minute to melt the cheese.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Add a pinch of chili pepper flakes and herbs if desired.
