Ingredients
Directions
- Coat a 13x18-inch rimmed baking sheet with butter or nonstick cooking spray. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter until foamy. Add marshmallows and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and stir in Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® cereal until well-distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a prepared pan and press into an even layer with wax paper or a buttered spatula. Set aside to cool completely.
- While the treats cool, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks. Add in honey (to taste) and remaining vanilla. Continue to whip to stiff peaks.
-
Cut the treats into 2-inch squares. Just before serving, top each square with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with fresh berries.
*Tip: No fresh berries on-hand? Use frozen instead! Simply thaw and pat dry before topping your Berry Shortcake Rice Krispies Treats®.
