Black and Blue Salad with Ginger-Lime Vinaigrette

Freshen your black and blue salad with blackberries and blue cheese and a ginger lime dressing.

  1. To prepare the salad:
  2. Toss salad ingredients together
  3. To prepare the Ginger-Lime Vinaigrette:
  4. Whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
  5. To prepare the Honey-Roasted Pecans:
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  7. Melt butter, then add honey and pecans.
  8. Spread pecans out on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper then sprinkle with salt.
  9. Put pecans in oven and roast for about 5 - 7 mins being careful not to burn the pecans.
  10. Remove pecans from the oven and allow to cool. Serve on salad.
