- Position an empty baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven and preheat to 450 degrees F.
- Mix together the black beans, corn, tomatoes, scallions, cumin, chili powder, avocado, salt and black pepper in a medium bowl and set aside.
- Lightly flour a flat surface to make your pizza on. Form the pizza dough into a 13-inch circle. Carefully place the dough on the warmed baking sheet and shape the edges slightly to make a lip at the edge of the crust.
- Add the black bean mixture on top of the dough, top with the cheese and bake 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Divide into 8 slices and serve.
