- Use either store bought or homemade pie crust with a 9-inch pie plate.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder.
- Place the caramelized onions, cooked bacon pieces, spinach leaves and shredded cheese into the unbaked pie crust. Pour over the egg mixture. Place the grape tomato halves on top. Pressing down a little.
- Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for about 60 minutes, until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown.
