Who doesn't love cheese? It's even better oozing from the inside of your burger. Try this easy gourmet blue cheese stuffed burger with a hint of sweet from the apple cinnamon glaze. Enjoyment and a little bit of mess is guaranteed.

  1. Glaze: In a small saucepan, combine water, vanilla, cinnamon, butter and brown sugar. Slice gala apple and add slices to glaze. Let apples and glaze simmer together for 10 mins. Turn heat down to low and let cook until burgers are done.
  2. Preheat over to 300 degrees.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine crushed black pepper, salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, Adobo and bread crumbs. Stir until seasoning is completely mixed.
  4. Put defrosted ground beef in a large mixing bowl along with beef broth and seasoning mixture. Mix with hand thoroughly and gently. (Note: Add another teaspoon of broth if mixture is too dry)
  5. Inside a 3/4 measuring cup, mold meat in the cup and gently make a cavity in the middle of the meat for the cheese. (Meat used should be a little larger than a golf ball sized amount)
  6. Take another golf sized portion of meat and roll between both hands into a ball. Then flatten gently.
  7. Take meat out of measuring cup. (Flip over and tap lightly to remove)
  8. Add a teaspoon of crumbled blue cheese in the cavity of meat then lay the flattened portion of meat on top. Pinch along seam to close.
  9. Repeat steps 5-8 until all meat has been used.
  10. Line baking sheet with foil and put a 1/2 teaspoon of butter on the foil for ever burger (I.e. 4 burgers = 4 half teaspoons of butter).
  11. Place burger on top of the butter then smear another 1/2 teaspoon of butter on the top to ensure the burger remains moist.
  12. Put burgers in oven once heated. Cook for 15 minutes for a medium well burger.
  13. Put butter in a pan on medium high heat. Place bun in pun or approximately 30 seconds or until golden.
  14. Spread a teaspoon of glaze on the inside bun. Place meat on the bun and lay three to four slices of apples on top.
  15. Plate and serve.
