- In a bowl add your blueberries, either frozen or fresh & whatever temperature you'd like them. If frozen & you want to mix ingredients very well then microwave about 15 seconds. I like the crunch that adding the coconut does when it gets cold so I leave mine slightly frozen & mix everything as I eat it.
- Mix in the cacao powder & coconut oil, mash together...add a little filtered water as needed depending on how thick or thin you want it to be.
- Optional: cinnamon &/or for a dash of nut flavor with boosting omegas, sprinkle flax seed & mix to your liking. ENJOY! This is really great for a quick sweet treat, VERY healthy antioxidant, fiber, & anti inflammatory.
