Quick and delicious make ahead breakfast for one. Make one or many the night before. They are ready to eat cold the next morning.
Ingredients
Directions
- Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds and honey in a pint mason jar, or other container.
- Carefully mix everything with a spoon.
- Add your blueberries on top.
- Put the lid on and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- No cooking required! Eaten cold.
