Quick and delicious make ahead breakfast for one. Make one or many the night before. They are ready to eat cold the next morning.


Select ingredients:


  1. Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds and honey in a pint mason jar, or other container.
  2. Carefully mix everything with a spoon.
  3. Add your blueberries on top.
  4. Put the lid on and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  5. No cooking required! Eaten cold.
