What better way to start the day than with a tasty breakfast pizza, packed with sausage, eggs, bell peppers and onions.

On a lined and greased baking sheet, take one half of the pizza dough and roll it out and shape into a heart by pressing and curling the edges.

Place half of the cheddar cheese on the dough, add half of the yellow peppers, half of the red peppers, half of the onions, and half of the sausages.

Add several slices of egg on top.

Add half of the mozzarella cheese and a few additional peppers and onions on the top. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in a 425-degree F oven for 12 to 15 minutes, keep an eye on it—take it out when the crust is golden brown and the cheeses are melted.
- Repeat all steps with the second half of the dough.
