- In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberries, lemon juice, cinnamon, salt, lemon zest, flour, and sugar.
- Spoon the blueberry mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pie crust. Dot the butter over the top of the blueberry mixture. Add the top layer of pie crust and crimp along the edges. Cut a few slits in the crust to allow steam to escape.
- Bake in a 400-degree oven for 45 minutes.
