- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Tear up bread into bite sized pieces and add to a greased 9"X13" baking dish. Sprinkle walnuts over bread.
- In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and sugar and mix until well combined.
- Pour egg mixture over bread, making sure all the bread is coated well.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
