Broccoli with Rigatoni

A quick, healthy pasta dish, loaded with broccoli.


Select ingredients:


  1. In large stock pot, bring water to boil. Add 1 tablespoon salt. Add rigatoni and cook according to package directions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, heat oil in pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and broccoli and sauté 2-3 minutes. Add red pepper flakes, if desired.
  3. Add chicken broth to broccoli, and bring to a boil, then reduce to medium. Cook for 5 minutes. Reduce to simmer.
  4. When rigatoni is fully cooked, drain well. Then add rigatoni to broccoli, and stir to combine well. Remove from heat.
  5. Top the broccoli and rigatoni with grated parmesan cheese.
