- Combine the yogurt and vinegar in a mixing bowl, then add the chives.
- Add the broccoli, followed by the onion and celery; continue to stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve cold.
- VARIATION: Instead of plain yogurt, try peach yogurt for a tangy twist! You can also add in 1/2 cup of chopped cucumber, if desired.
