Broccoli meets yogurt in this tangy, creamy salad--perfect for a summer picnic.

  1. Combine the yogurt and vinegar in a mixing bowl, then add the chives.
  2. Add the broccoli, followed by the onion and celery; continue to stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve cold.
  4. VARIATION: Instead of plain yogurt, try peach yogurt for a tangy twist! You can also add in 1/2 cup of chopped cucumber, if desired.
