Broiled Grapefruit with Pistachios

  1. Slice each grapefruit in half crosswise. If necessary, cut a small sliver off the bottoms of the halves to make them stand upright. Using a small knife, cut around the peel of the grapefruit to loosen the grapefruit from the peel. Then cut carefully between each membrane to loosen the segments.
