Brussels Sprouts in a Blanket

Put a twist on the traditional pigs-in-a-blanket by swapping out the hot dogs for brussels sprouts. Use puff pastry and bacon to make this recipe complete!

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut the stems off the brussels sprouts and slice in half.
- Cut the puff pastry in half using a pizza cutter. Make 18 thin slices per half (total of 36).
- Cut each slice of bacon into 6 pieces.
- Wrap the puff pastry around the brussels sprout and bacon slice.
- Add water to the end of the puff pastry strip to help it stay sealed as it cooks.
- Place pastries on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown. Enjoy!
