Brussels Sprouts in a Blanket

Makes 6-8 Servings.
Put a twist on the traditional pigs-in-a-blanket by swapping out the hot dogs for brussels sprouts. Use puff pastry and bacon to make this recipe complete!


Select ingredients:


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut the stems off the brussels sprouts and slice in half.
  3. Cut the puff pastry in half using a pizza cutter. Make 18 thin slices per half (total of 36).
  4. Cut each slice of bacon into 6 pieces.
  5. Wrap the puff pastry around the brussels sprout and bacon slice.
  6. Add water to the end of the puff pastry strip to help it stay sealed as it cooks.
  7. Place pastries on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown. Enjoy!
