Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic and Cranberries

Serve up a side dish that the whole family will love with these brussels sprouts cooked in balsamic vinegar and topped with dried cranberries.

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Wash and halve brussels sprouts.
  3. Add brussels sprouts to foil lined pan. Pour on salt, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Use hands to mix and coat brussels sprouts with vinegar and oil.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Add dried cranberries to pan and cook an additional 5 minutes.
