Serve up a side dish that the whole family will love with these brussels sprouts cooked in balsamic vinegar and topped with dried cranberries.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Wash and halve brussels sprouts.
- Add brussels sprouts to foil lined pan. Pour on salt, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Use hands to mix and coat brussels sprouts with vinegar and oil.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes.
- Add dried cranberries to pan and cook an additional 5 minutes.
