This recipe takes the cravable combo of Buffalo chicken and guacamole and arranges them in shareable, single serving cups — complete with veggies and chips for dipping. - Mix the chicken and Buffalo sauce together in a large bowl. Set aside for filling the cups.
- Spread a few tablespoons of the guacamole in the bottom of each 9-ounce clear plastic cup.
- Layer the sour cream, cheddar cheese and Buffalo chicken evenly among cups (about 2 to 3 tablespoons per cup). Garnish each cup with green onions. Serve with the celery, carrots and chips.
