Buffalo Chicken Veggie Dip

Buffalo chicken dip is a loved dish by many but this dish takes it up a notch with the additional of healthy and filling veggies! They add color and nutrition to this dish for an even more appetizing appetizer!



  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients together except the blue cheese if you are using it.
  3. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and pour the mixture into the dish. Top with blue cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the dip begins to bubble and turns brown.
