Buffalo chicken dip is a loved dish by many but this dish takes it up a notch with the additional of healthy and filling veggies! They add color and nutrition to this dish for an even more appetizing appetizer!
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients together except the blue cheese if you are using it.
- Spray an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and pour the mixture into the dish. Top with blue cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the dip begins to bubble and turns brown.
