- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine chicken cheese, and buffalo sauce in a mixing bowl until fully combined. Salt to taste.
- Lay out the wonton wrappers and place a small scoop of the mixture in the middle of the wonton. Using your finger and water slightly moisten all edges of the wrapper. Fold into a triangle and tightly press all edges together.
- Lay out of a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, flip over and bake an additional 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool and serve with a side a buffalo sauce and ranch.
