Rotisserie chicken will work great in this delicious buffalo ranch chicken dip recipe, but cooked or leftover chicken will work as well. Get the recipe!
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese. Blend together.
- Add to a greased cast iron skillet, sprinkle with remaining cheese and cook for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm with celery, carrots and tortilla chips!
