Easy to make and even easier to enjoy, these bars have the sweetness of butterscotch and the crunch of pecans...the perfect combination!
- Heat the oven to 350 and spray a jelly roll pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl mix the cake mix, vanilla extract, eggs, butter and the packed brown sugar until well combined. You can use a mixer if you prefer. Add in the pecan pieces at the end.
- Pour the mixture into the jelly pan and bake for 20 minutes, uncovered or until it just begins to brown. Allow the bars to cool before removing from the pan and cutting into bars. Enjoy!
