Directions

  1. In a large skillet brown the turkey meat and drain. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Saute until translucent.
  2. Add cabbage, and tomato sauces to the pan and cover.
  3. Simmer for 20-40 minutes or until the cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally. Season to taste and serve.
