- In a large skillet brown the turkey meat and drain. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Saute until translucent.
- Add cabbage, and tomato sauces to the pan and cover.
- Simmer for 20-40 minutes or until the cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally. Season to taste and serve.
