Planning to grill out tonight or sometime this week? Take grilled asparagus to the next level with this easy, yet flavorful vegetable side dish. Made with six ingredients, plus a little salt & pepper, our Caesar Grilled Asparagus is affordable to make as well! And with its Caesar flavor, this grilled dish pairs well with Mexican meals like tacos and fajitas, or even a grilled steak with classic Latin seasonings like cumin.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, toss the bread in 2 tsp. oil, garlic salt and 1 Tbsp. of Parmesan. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake until lightly golden brown, about 10-15 minutes, mixing halfway through.
- Toss the asparagus spears in 1 Tbsp. olive oil, salt and pepper and grill over medium-high heat, turning frequently, until crisp-tender and grill marked, about 5-7 minutes.
-
Serve topped with the Caesar dressing, croutons and remaining Parmesan.
*Tip: Substitute the homemade croutons for store-bought to save some cooking time and get the dish on the table a little faster.
