- In a large zippable bag, add the marinade ingredients and push around with your fingers to combine. Add the steaks and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours or up to 24 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium to high (about 400 degrees F).
- Stir together the ingredients for the apricot glaze.
- While the grill preheats, let your steaks come to room temperature. Place the steaks on the grill, cooking on each side for about 5-6 minutes for medium rare. Flip and cook the other side. Baste with the apricot glaze. occasionally while cooking. Remove from the grill and let the steaks sit for 5 minutes prior to slicing.
