Add some serious flavor to these grilled NY strip steaks with a tangy marinade and a sweet apricot glaze.


Select ingredients:


  1. In a large zippable bag, add the marinade ingredients and push around with your fingers to combine. Add the steaks and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours or up to 24 hours.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium to high (about 400 degrees F).
  3. Stir together the ingredients for the apricot glaze.
  4. While the grill preheats, let your steaks come to room temperature. Place the steaks on the grill, cooking on each side for about 5-6 minutes for medium rare. Flip and cook the other side. Baste with the apricot glaze. occasionally while cooking. Remove from the grill and let the steaks sit for 5 minutes prior to slicing.
