Go bananas for this fruity twist to a classic campfire s'mores, served in a banana boat filled with melted chocolate chips, crumbled graham crackers and toasted mini marshmallows
- Peel the banana on one side and create a wedge in the fruit.
- Place some mini marshmallows and chocolate chips in the wedge. Reposition the peel and cover the banana in aluminum foil.
- Put the banana on the barbecue grill or in the campfire coals for about 5 minutes. Unwrap the banana and enjoy.
