Caramel Glazed Salmon with Brown Sugar

Brown sugar and dijon mustard come together to create a delicious glaze for broiled salmon filets. Mix in dill weed and cayenne pepper for additional flavor!

  1. Sprinkle salmon with salt and cayenne; set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard, butter & dill. Place salmon skin side down on a greased broiler pan. Broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 5 minutes. Brush half of the glaze mixture over the fillets. Broil 7-10 minutes longer, brushing occasionally with the remaining glaze.
  3. Broil 7-10 minutes longer, brushing occasionally with the remaining glaze. Serve warm and enjoy!
